This happens with a completely new added user and fresh KMail settings:

You start KMail for the first time, add an IMAP account, and KMail won't check other folders than the INBOX! The options for checking folder for new mail are set by default in all folders.

I must say that I am using WEB.DE as provider who doesn't fully comply with IMAP standards. But before, I think it was KDE 3.4 or 3.3 (the standard KDE of the SUSE 10.0), this worked. And as I cannot really imagine what this function would have to do with standard compliance, I regard this bug as a regression.

Still an issue in recent kmail versions?
