Version:           2.2.2 (using KDE 3.5.2, Debian Package 4:3.5.2-2+b1 (testing/unstable))

An interesting featur,e along with the scoring one, would be the ability to reset the scores.

A workaround is to delete your ~/.kde/share/config/kpatrc file, or edit the values there.

This patch simply modifies the score dialog-box to add a new button "reset"
