Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

Such new option would be convinient and make the editor more useful since most important setting related to running the app would be in one place.

If you want to automatically start applications, go Konqueror -> Go -> Autostart and create shortcuts there. Or shell scripts.

Autostart is not a menu.

Hold on, I guess I was too fast. Is your wish to have a checkbox in the application's settings that says "autostart with KDE", which would automatically create a shortcut in the Autostart directory?
