Version:           1.1.2 (using KDE KDE 3.4.2)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

When I add a todo to my Palm V and push the sync button on the cradle, it successfully syncs most items, but sometimes there are duplicates. I also had this trouble with the address book.

Holy smokes this is old. Hopefully this has been fixed in the last 2 years?
