There are some mistakes in the spanish translation in the Konqueror's Tips and Tricks (Trucos y consejos):

1)
"También puede encontrar en el menú Ventana el «Modo de pantalla completa». Esta propiedad es muy útil para sesiones de «Talk»."

It would have to say:

"También puede encontrar en el menú Ver el «Modo de pantalla completa». Esta propiedad es muy útil para sesiones de «Talk»."

2)
"Divide et impera (lat «Divide y vencerás»). Dividiendo una ventana en dos partes (p. ej. Ventana ->  Dividir vista izquierda/derecha) puede hacer que Konqueror tenga el aspecto que desee. Incluso puede cargar algunos ejemplos de perfiles de vista (p.ej. Midnight-Commander) o crear los suyos propios."

It would have to say:

"Divide et impera (lat «Divide y vencerás»). Dividiendo una ventana en dos partes (p. ej. Ver -> Split View ->  Dividir vista izquierda/derecha) puede hacer que Konqueror tenga el aspecto que desee. Incluso puede cargar algunos ejemplos de perfiles de vista (p.ej. Midnight-Commander) o crear los suyos propios."

3)
"Los usuarios avanzados apreciarán de konsole que se puede incrustar en Konqueror (Ventana ->  Mostrar emulador de terminal)."

It would have to say:

"Los usuarios avanzados apreciarán que konsole se pueda incrustar en Konqueror (??)"
I don't find that option!

The 3.5.4 version continue with those errors.

In KDE 3.5.6:
1) "Modo de pantalla completa" can be found under the "Preferencias" menu. This tip should be updated.
2) This tip is correct. There's no bug here.
3) The option is under the "Ventana" menu, as the tip says. Not a bug.

Yes, the mistakes are still there. (There aren't any "Ventana" menu, and the tips are still referencing that menu)

BUG: 126115

I fixed the first error reported.
The remaining two are invalid: those entries are indeed under the Ventana menu.
The problem probably is in the user's KDE build.
