Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.6 (Gentoo 3.3.6, ssp-3.3.6-1.0, pie-8.7.8)

even though I have my webcam window permanently set to Not maximize and be always on top. when I minimize the chat window, the webcam goes with it. its a bit annoying.

Based on the fact Kopete's video code had huge improvements since this bug was issued, I believe it's already fixed, but I need confirmation from involved people if the problem still exists. If no confirmation is given in the next two weeks I'll close this bug as FIXED.

After two weeks without confirmation of this issue, I'm closing it as FIXED.
