I would like to see the keyboard shortcuts when mouse is over an icon (in stand of menu Config > shortcuts)

This is very old bug, the interface was highly likely significantly changed. Currently, it is not understandable what "icon" is meant in System Settings -> Shortcuts. The shortcuts are very well visible. So closing this.
