I want to copy an image from the clipboard to send it to contact (without having to send it as attached-file). Especially for screenshot...

Copying from clipboard into conversation to send a file is still not working in KDE 4.4.4 (I'm using Debian testing). Any chance it will be implemented?

Dear user, unfortunately Kopete is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
