In following the guide to set up a mass storage digital camera, at the very bottom it says run the digikam setup program, however, this program is not evident within the program, and the documentation gives no hints on how to accomplish using such vaporware.

The next digiKam documentation generation based on Sphinx/RestructuredText framework has a big section descriving how to setup a digital camera:
