Description Juan 2006-04-03 20:17:23 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.2)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
Compiler: gcc 3.4.6 CHOST="i686-pc-linux-gnu"; CFLAGS="-march=pentium-m -O2 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer"
OS: Linux

QT Version: 3.3.6

I have situated my panel on the top-right corner of my screen. When I log into KDE and open K-Menu for the first time, Kmenu opens on the top-left corner of the screen. This happens only once after new session login and returns to normal operation after this first time.

This QT patch for 3.3.6 fixes the bug.

we (kde) have shipped a patch that fixes it for a couple years now. trolltech is not fixing it upstream in qt3, so we recommend people use the patches we provide along with our qt-copy svn module.
