Description Tilo Klausing 2006-04-03 00:00:46 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.2)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
Compiler: gcc-3.4.5
OS: Linux

Background:
On my Laptop I'm sometimes using KDE with an additional Display attached to have an extended Desktop (using Xinerama), but most of the Time there is no additional Display.

Now the Bug:
If i change the Wallpaper Settings while having 2 Displays active, i am unable to change it when i'm back in 1-Display-Mode.

The Values for the Wallpapers are stored correctly in the [Desktop*]-Sections, however kdesktop is using the Values in the [Desktop*Screen0]-Sections. These are only editable in 2-Display-Mode.

I have to flip the "DrawBackgroundPerScreen_*"-Variables in the [Background Common]-Section from true to false to force kdesktop to use the correct config Section and be able to configure the Wallpaper correctly.

THX in advance
