Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.3)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

it would be nice to show a little map (in the right lower corner?) with the GPS information superimpose on this map.
With this feature you could illustrate your journey.
Furthermore it would be helpful if you could zoom into the map to get a more detailed view of the country.

IMHO the approach of the gallery export script is wrong: Instead of showing a complete album and image selector it should only export any currently selected image.
It's a task of the application to help the user to select the images. The task of the plugin should only be the export.

Grat! Great! Great! Since years I am dreaming of that one! Now I thaught about posting this ... and someone just did it :)

The HighEnd would be:
Slide Show with a little sensitive are in a corner to show/hide map.
1. Offline version (html?)
a)sreenshot of map with picture location in a fixed scale can be showed. Even some more screenshots could be done to zoom in and out.

2. Online Version
by clicking the sensitive area a web service based map opens (osm, Google maps, or else) and is zoomable

Besides it would be cool to show tacks of longer trips, too.

Valerio,

This can be done using Marble widget under KDE4
