Now I feel a little dizzy because I could say for sure Kmail worked that way before :-)

I would like to see an option for grouping counters not in columns but as a text near the folder name. You could switch them on/off, but instead

|inbox |    3|   2000|

it would look like this
|inbox (3/2000)|

It is much more readable -- on the long list it is harder to read the name and counter above for example /of course it is my opinion and that's way I opt for an option for this/.
