Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.1)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

Just for making it clear. Let's say that user goes from A to B page. If the user typed A address, or clicked on the A address the page should be reloaded. If user clicked on "back" the page should be fetched from cache.

Of course this should obey JS script code in html page -- if going to page A is done by calling some JS back() function it should work exactly if the user clicked on the "back" button.

Shouldn't this be in kio_http?

Dear user,

KHTML (and KJS) was a long time more or less unmaintained and got removed in KF6.

Please migrate to use a QWebEngine based HTML component.

We will do no further fixes or improvements to the KF5 branches of these components beside important security fixes.

For security issues, please see:

https://kde.org/info/security/

Sorry that we did not fix this issue during the life-time of KHTML.

Greetings
Christoph Cullmann
