Yes, I know, shift3/altgr is supposed to help entering characters, like polish "ć". But shift also, and shift is treated as modifier, for example I can use [shift]+[right-arrow] to jump to next tab. Shift3/altgr is a dead key. It is very unfortunate because such shortcuts like above would be very helpful -- or more precisely all combinations which are not mapped to characters (of course it is/should be up to user)..

Limitation of X11. Nothing that we can do about it.
