These are completely different things, since windows are managed by the window manager, which is one application. There is no tab manager... Yeah, I don't think this makes sense, sorry. You'd be accidentally activating tabs all the time, tabbed KDE apps have their tab bard between the window content and toolbar/menubar/titlebar. |
