Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

There is an established feature of switching windows on mouse-focus.

However, it seems there are more tabs than windows on desktops these days :)  And its not possible to switch tabs on mouse-over!

Also,if implemented, it would probably be best to have it as separate a separate setting from window settings, personal tastes differ, of course...

A certain time-delay that could be set in a good range would be helpful to accomodate people with disabilities as well, besides being a good ergonomics improvement.

These are completely different things, since windows are managed by the window manager, which is one application. There is no tab manager...

Yeah, I don't think this makes sense, sorry. You'd be accidentally activating tabs all the time, tabbed KDE apps have their tab bard between the window content and toolbar/menubar/titlebar.
