Sentry Crash Report:

Description Daniel Duparc 2006-03-22 19:19:40 UTC
Version: 1.9 (using KDE 3.4.2, Mandrake Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker)
Compiler: Target: i586-mandriva-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.12-12mdksmp

I'm not quite sure that it is a proper kile bug but this behaviour was not seen under other applications for this computer. For example TeXshell from J. Poenish works quite well on the same TeX files (so I uses TeXshell to print the files compiled into dvi by kile !).
For short : when asking n copies of a page, one gets n^2 (the square of n) copies printed.
Best regards.

Hi,

so you are printing the dvi file ?
In KDVI ?
Try opening the dvi file with kdvi/XDVI directly and look if the same error happens again.

Thanks
Thomas Braun

PS: This seems really not to be an error in kile. Printing in kile works here pretty well.

So this is no kile issue and I'm therefore reassigning the bug to the kdvi maintainer.

Thanks

kdvi is no longer maintained since KDE SC 4, and its functionality is replace by okular. If the issue in this report still exists in or apply to okular in KDE SC 4.10.5 or higher, please reassign the report to okular product or create a new report against okular.
