Description S. Burmeister 2006-03-13 00:36:32 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.1)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: NetBSD

Save a high number of bookmarks, e.g. 150. Now click on the Help-menu in konqueror and move the mouse to the left. All menus pop up on hovering them. If you arrive at the bookmark-menu, the whole screen will be covered with bookmarks and it is no longer possible to hover the next menu.

Same is true, ans maybe a lot worse for Kmenu. Opening it and not moving the mouse quick enough to an entry above the bookmar-entry, will cover the whole screen.

Expected bahviour would be to present the bookmarks in a way that they do not block hinder the user to continue its action, i.e. browsing menus, or kmenu-entries.

That has to be supported in Qt, I think.

Since I cannot reopen the other bug and nobody seems to care, I'll reopen this one. This issue is not fixed. If you click the second time on the bookmarks-menu you get the exact same behaviour as before. KDE 4.1 beta2 and I guess RC1 as well.
