Description S. Burmeister 2006-03-12 00:28:57 UTC
Version: 0.12 svn (using KDE KDE 3.5.1)
OS: Linux

If I get a file via Jabber, a transfer-dialogue pops up.

Next to the file-name is a button "choose location". It is meant to choose the location the file is saved to.

If one clicks on it the "save file dialogue" pops up. The user picks a location and clicks on "save". Yet the file is not saved, as one has to click "accept" in the transfer-dialogue.

I think it makes sense to either save the file, if "save" is clicked, or not use the "save file dialogue" but the "choose a dir dialogue", if it is only meant to choose a location.

The file transfer request was moved into the chat window so the ft dialog was removed. It will be in KDE 4.2.
