Description Shai 2006-03-09 19:33:10 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.1)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

Open, say, work-week view. Find an event. Copy it (you can do this by right-clicking the event and selecting "copy" in the context menu). Try to paste it into another time.

My first instinct is to right-click the target time and select "paste", except there's no "paste" in the context menu -- only "new event" and "new to-do".

Could paste be added to this context-menu?

Reassigning all KOrganizer bug reports and wishes to the newly created
korganizer-devel mailing list.
Comment 2 Richard Bos 2006-11-23 15:23:43 UTC
I just wanted to open a bug report to request for this functionality.
I second this feature request.
Comment 3 Joao Pedro 2008-09-16 01:20:19 UTC
I miss that feature in the korganizer v4.1.0 too.
The paste function doesn't work neither in the context menu, neither in the Edit->Paste menu. That applies to Copy/Paste and to Cut/Paste.

@Joao: The inoperative Edit -> Paste option is found in bug #172425. Please add your comments there. Thanks.

This bug is fixed in KDE4. Closing.

Works for me too. Thanks.
