camera type is detected by libgphoto2 using camera firmware. I have also an Olympus camera C3000Z detected like a C2000Z. In fact, from a report of libgphoto2 developpers, the camera firmware is the same between this camera type, and the camera id is not updated by maker ! To set manually a C3000Z camera in digiKam setup, there is no problem to download pictures. Gilles Caulier |
