Version: 0.12.12 (using KDE KDE 3.5.0)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

spikethehobbitmage@excite.com reported the following bug on the Debian bug tracker (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=352923):

When using K3B to copy a DVD, if a file called k3b_image.img exists in the default temp directory then the user is asked if it should be overwritten. If 'No' is chosen, the file is overwritten anyway. K3B should instead either abort or prompt for a different file name in this case.

should be fixed in svn
