Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.5.1)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages

If a directory item is selected in the left hand file system tree, keyboard shortcuts (like shift-del, ctrl-c etc.) do nothing. Is this the intended behaviour?

Right clicking with the mouse and selecting the options work though.
