Hi Percy,

this complains is not new to me.  Now just first time reported in Kubuntu:

 https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/knemo/+bug/32981

ifconfig, iwconfig, route greate a noticeable load on laptops
escpially with scaled down freq. of CPUs.

Wish: A special case for linux to use /sysfs  libiw, instead of command
line tools will be good for knemo reputation ;)
