A common problem of scripts that use kdialog is that kdialog often fails to steal focus, or pops up on the wrong desktop. The script that executed kdialog will appear to be frozen, waiting forever until the user finds the dialog and presses OK/Cancel/Yes/No/... 

Please add two more commandline options to kdialog. One option should make make kdialog steal focus (or even stay on top) and the second option should make the dialog sticky.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you mean by "sticky". Can you please explain the behaviour you are looking for?

'sticky' means that it appears on all desktops, not just one.
