On an IMAP account with "Load attachments on demand" you cannot drag attachments to drop them somewhere else.

I believe that there would have to be more logic/programming involved than if you already have the attachment saved locally, but given the power of kioslaves this may be quite easy though.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
