When browsing the Applications->Edutainment in GNOME 2.10, sometimes tooltips show you information about the program. However, there are errors preventing the proper display with some KDE programs.

Please fix all the KDE programs so they consistently display the tooltips for novice users in GNOME.

:( sorry, I did not realize we are in string freeze.
So it's fixed in kde4 but not in kde3.5 branch, I reverted the commit
