kopete is on.
i go to the options and want to change the webcam options. 
the buttons dont do any change to the picture, and when i close the options panel kopete crashes.

What webcam / module?
Can you download the latest webcam drivers and kopete-0.12, compile with the option --enable-debug, install both and reproduce the bug?
Kopete is pretty verbose about what it's doing when compiled with the --enable-debug option. You can grep its output for "AVDevice", copy it and send to me so I can have better clues about what's happening.
