At the moment KPDF reports "No file" when argument is directory name.
Allow for using directory name as argument and open file chooser dialog
with directory from argument.

This is unlikely to be implemented on kpdf (since all development has effectively been moved to okular), but is probably a reasonable wishlist item for Okular.
