To duplicate:
- Have an imap account setup with several folders and mail that gets delivered into those folders rather than just the root .INBOX folder
- For one of the folders where mail is coming in, right click, Properties and uncheck "Act on new / unread mail in this folder"
- Have some unread mail in that folder

Result:
When using the + key to go to the next unread message, it will completely ignore that folder.

Expected Result:
Previous versions of kmail didn't ignore that folder for reading unread mail, but would ignore it for notification purposes. This is very useful for folders that are subscribed to mail-lists (i.e. bugtraq) that you don't want to be notified of incoming messages for, but you do want to just use + to read through

Work around (sorta):
If you select the folder, and then start using +, it will loop in the current folder through unread mail as expected.

I just upgraded from 3.4.3 to 3.5.1 and found this problem as well.  Both the notification and the ignoring for next/prev unread message should probably be separated into two options.  The situation is this: I have many mailing list subscriptions (in separate folders), and would like to be notified ONLY when I get actual mail.  However, I also want to easily read through all of the folders of mail.  Now either I get notified all the time by mail that I don't need to read immediately, or I have to click on each folder separately then loop through the new mail.
