Version:           0.11 (using KDE 3.5.0-7ark, Ark Linux - H2O)
Compiler:          Target: i586-ark-linux
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.16-0.rc1.2ark

Using the "Show in your status message (automatic)" option in Now Listening will reset any away message on next track. An option for (or (simply the behaviour of) setting the message only when present would seem like an idea. It's annoyed me for a while that i have to go and disable the plugin when i go away :) (and don't say just turn off the music, just cos i'm not at the keyboard doesn't mean i'm not near the speakers ;) )

I aggree. This behaviour bugs (pun intended ;) me too, but not only with away statuses.
Additionaly this plugin should add it's message at the begining or end (selectable) of the user defined message.

It's fixed in 0.12.3 (don't know about earlier 0.12's)
