It would be nice to have a luks crypto support in KDE through hal: luks crypto support is already implemented in hal, so it should be quite easy to use it.

The way to go would be to get a passphrase question when a knew Luks Crypto device is plugged in.

It has now been implemented, and is comming up with Fedora Core 5. Here are more information with links to the patches which were used.

Everything still very Gnome based, but I would love to see a KDE version, guess why ;-)
