I can confirm that the pogo.com games were working in Konqueror 3.4.3 using KDE 3.4.3, but upgrading to KDE 3.5.1 broke that functionality, whether using Konqueror 3.5.1 or as I first had, a split setup with Konqueror 3.4.3 and KDE 3.5.1 (As best I can remember, the Debian repositories had the new version KDEbase several days before the new Konqueror, resulting in that configuration) I dont know if any progress was made in the latest releases but 3.5.2 has the same behavior. As above.. using Gentoo. Konqueror just sits there loading the java applet. Version: KDE 3.5.2 Installed from: Gentoo Packages Compiler: gcc 4.1.0 OS: Linux Pogo.com works in Safari and IE. To bad it does not work with Konqueror. This problem still exists with Konqueror 3.5.6 running ArchLinux. If you need a pogo.com account let me know and I will create one for you so you can fix the problem. I don't see in the debug output any indication that the java plugin is loaded. Are you sure it's a java bug, eg. do you see the java plugin icon (the duke) left appearing in the status bar of konqueror? *** This bug has been confirmed by popular vote. *** Thank you for the bug report. As this report hasn't seen any changes in 10 years or more, we ask if you can please confirm that the issue still persists. If this bug is no longer persisting or relevant please change the status to resolved. pogo.com games work in Konqueror 18.12 |
