Create a new user, and start krusader with that user. Does the same thing happen? Yes. The problem, apparently ws the krusaderrc file. When I see that the new user can run krusader whitout problems, so my user had to be the problem. I delete the krusaderrc file and star a new config for krusader again. Now, it runs properly again. Nevertheless, when the directory is empty, i haven't problems. There are no problems either when the files are sorted by some other field (like name or extension). It isn't a problem of configurations. This happen with any user. I already post this bug more detailed. But after updating my system at dawn (by means of "apt-get upgrade"), when reinitiating KDM, KDE and soon krusader, this last one let work; it initiates (much but fast that before), it shows the window by a second (or two perhaps, but not more), and soon leaves.
