Description Ale Hamann 2006-01-27 14:02:00 UTC
Version: 1.60.0-3.1 (using KDE KDE 3.5.0)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
Compiler: I not shure, but i thing that is gcc-defaults (1.29) Version: 4:4.0.2-1 I use a precompiled version of krusader from debian sid gnu/linux
OS: Linux

Krusader came working more or less well. But after updating my system at dawn (by means of "apt-get upgrade"), when reinitiating KDM, KDE and soon krusader, this last one let work; it initiates (much but fast that before), it shows the window by a second (or two perhaps, but not more), and soon leaves.
"El Manejador de Fallos de KDE" (sorry, my software is in spanish and i don't know what's the title of the debug window in english), well, KDE show me the following information:

Short description (more or less, i traduce it from spanish):
"The Krussader application (krusader) failed and caused the signal 11 (SIGSEGV)."

Inverse layout ("trazado inverso"):

Create a new user, and start krusader with that user. Does the same thing happen?
Comment 2 Ale Hamann 2006-01-29 03:53:09 UTC
Yes.
The problem, apparently ws the krusaderrc file.
When I see that the new user can run krusader whitout problems, so my user
had to be the problem.
I delete the krusaderrc file and star a new config for krusader again.
Now, it runs properly again.
Thanks!

Do you have the old krusaderrc file? It might be useful for the developer to use in tracking down the problem.
Comment 4 Ale Hamann 2006-01-29 20:36:00 UTC
ups.
no, i delete it.
and now, I have a new problem: krusader exit himself when I treatment to
order the files by size. Nevertheless, when the directory is empty, i
haven't problems. There are no problems either when the files are sorted by
some other field (like name or extension).
It isn't a problem of configurations. This happen with any user.
I already post this bug more detailed.

Saludos!
