Its purpose is to provide a two-panel icon-only view of all the games that the kids can then click on a category in the left panel and see the associated games in the right panel. All toolbars, the menu bar and the status bars have been removed (which, in itself is tricky, since by default you can't save a profile without the menubar being visible and you have to serach the KDE sources to see how to switch the status bar off).

"kfmclient openProfile Games" is used to open it. The window displays fine. But the first click in the right hand (non-locked) panel brings the menu bar back, and sometimes all the toolbars too. So I close the window and enter the command again - and THIS time, on first click, it remains as I want it. So I close it and leave it for a while (half an hour, say) and  enter the command AGAIN and the menu/toolbars appear on the first click on the right again!

I cannot BEGIN to explain this behaviour!
