Description Christian Boltz 2006-01-19 19:57:57 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.0)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

If I activate access keys on a page with links in a position:fixed element, the access keys scroll away while the links keep their position.

To reproduce,
- visit a page with links in position:fixed elements (I tested with
  http://www.landjugend-insheim.de/?kde )
- press Ctrl to enable access keys
- scroll down using the mouse wheel

I can reproduce this, Konqueror 3.5.1 r500000.
Comment 2 Stefan Majewsky 2007-09-25 17:23:48 UTC
I also encountered this problem on my Konqueror at KDE 3.5.5, using openSUSE 10.2.

In svn trunk r820659 (new KDE 4 accesskey code) this does not behave correctly - you get artefacts for one accesskey.

Thank you for the bug report.

As this report hasn't seen any changes in 10 years or more, we ask if you can please confirm that the issue still persists.

If this bug is no longer persisting or relevant please change the status to resolved.
Comment 5 Christian Boltz 2021-03-24 20:01:48 UTC
I have to admit that I no longer use Konqueror, it's not even installed on my system anymore - and that obviously makes testing impossible :-(

Maybe someone in CC can test if this is still an issue?

Dear user,

KHTML (and KJS) was a long time more or less unmaintained and got removed in KF6.

Please migrate to use a QWebEngine based HTML component.

We will do no further fixes or improvements to the KF5 branches of these components beside important security fixes.

For security issues, please see:

https://kde.org/info/security/

Sorry that we did not fix this issue during the life-time of KHTML.

Greetings
Christoph Cullmann
