Version:           0.11 (using KDE KDE 3.5.0)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs
OS:                Linux

At home i am using SuSE 10.0 with unofficial KDE 3.5. Kopete is 0.11
Kopete connects and disconets to icq to quickly so icq ban me for 10 minutes. 
In work i am using 0.10.3 without this problem. Only one or two times in hour kopete reconnect icq session. 
I think problem could be in my ADSL connection. Others icq clients (Sim, Licq) work without this problem on my home computer

I could not reproduce this either. I would need a reliable way to reproduce this in order to fix it. If you can provide more information, please reopen this bug.

I rebuilded kopete package from sources (same version as mentioned in report) and it work fine now.
