Version:           3.5.0 (using KDE 3.5.0, Debian Package 4:3.5.0-3 (testing/unstable))

rmb on a kmenu-entry allows to choose "edit item" and thus opens kmenuedit.
but it's not reliable. most of the entries opened in kmenuedit are activated correctly, but _all_ the entries in the Development-submenu are not.
how is that triggered and what could be possibly wrong? most of the entries are original, systemwide .desktop-files from the installed packages, only a few are created by me.

'Edit item' is no longer present in KDE 4's kickoff or traditional launcher - I'm closing this bug since nobody will fix KDE 3.
