I use OpenPGP and have configured kmail to sign my e-mails by default.

Unfortunately some braindead mail systems (spam filter?) kill these e-mails so I have to manually disable the signature on a per mail basis from time. I just noticed that in this case tha last line of my "normal" signature is doubled.

This seems to happen both with disabling for the recipient address in the address book and with manual disabling in the compose window.

The problem is less bad than I thought: This doubling takes place for the saved copy only not for the actually delivered e-mail.

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
