Version:           3.4.3 (using KDE KDE 3.4.3)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          gcc version 3.4.4 (Gentoo 3.4.4-r1, ssp-3.4.4-1.0, pie-8.7.8) 
OS:                Linux

I open Kontact, then select calendar, add, birthday from KadressBook, cancel. Kontact crash at that time.
I didn't compile it with debug flag, so I can't have BT, but gdb gives me :

Can't reproduce this here (KDE 3.5.5).  If you still have a problem, then recompile with debug flags, paste the backtrace here and reopen the BR.
