not a digikam problem. where may I report it then? I have only this problem from digikam. it's not clear in digikam what part is a core digikam unit, a digikam plugin, a kipi plugin... this is not clear from the menus, even less when the language is not english I beg this one is from kipi html export :-) how to tell them? thanks HTMLExport plugin is a kipi-plugin (and at the same time, I precise that I hope this bug will be corrected too) one question to the reporter: is that effect present also if you use an exif image (e.g. imported from a camera)? and one to developers is the sort date taken from last modify/changing or exif? Angelo Hi Angelo, Yes, I am using only JPG images from my camera (Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z6 whith include EXIF information into images), and some minor JPG images that I supose don't have EXIF informations because they are images that I modified a lot using DigikamImageEditor (like with SuperImpose plugin), and so I have saved them to another file. For your question for the developer, I can purpose you to see an example of this strange behavior at this address: http://www.p0w.org/pics/Soiree%20RSM-RSA%2020%20Janvier%202006/index.html All images contain dates format in their names, except 'fakes' ones, that I prefixed with the word 'truquage-' (I am frensh :) ) so, you can see that the tree las files are prefixed 'truquage' but see in the middle of the list, there are two images prefixed 'truquage' in !
