If i open a document (PDF, text(KWriter)) out of a mail
the document opens but the application is not in the pannel (Window list).
i can only swtich by alt+tab.

This is only happent with some document typs
* PDF
* Text (KWriter)
Not with
* JPEG (Kuickshow)
