Description Kamaraju Kusumanchi 2005-12-30 07:33:32 UTC
Version: 3.4.3 (using KDE 3.4.3, Debian Package 4:3.4.3-2 (testing/unstable))
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.14-2-686-smp

Currently, the icon on the title bar (top left) is the icon corresponding to the active tab of the konqueror window. It would be nice if there is an option to make this icon fixed (say to a konqueror icon) no matter what the active tab is.

Why would this be of interest to anyone?
I usually have a lot of windows open and I identify these windows through their corresponding icons on the windows on the panel. When konqueror keeps changing its icon depending on the active tab, it is very tough to identify the corresponding konqueror window on the panel. That is why I think this is a nice option to have.

FWIW, mozilla-firefox currently exhibits this behaviour (i.e. the icon on the title bar does not change no matter what the active tab is).

Thanks in advance
raju
