kget gets file sizes wrongly.If tried to save following link, opera,firefox,webdownloader all get the correct filesize,but kget finishes at 34 KB successfully.

That's not really a KGet problem. The server needs the refer. You can't download the file directly. If you copy the link into KGet, Kget only downloads the HTML page (you can see it if you open the downloaded file with KWrite). It should work if you open the website with Konqueror and download the file then.
