it would be very useful to be able to enter several proxies
and choose them using toolbar menu.

Short wish is to have just a toolbar menu with single proxy and ability to disable/enable proxy using single click of mouse.

Request for proxy profiles is requested in an older bug report, see bug# 76130.

Your second request for a plugin to enable/disable proxy already exists. It is the Konqueror htmlsettings plugin located under the tools menu.
