Compiler:          gcc version 3.4.3 (csl-sol210-3_4-branch+sol_rpath)

when using e.g. "%f>%_" for quoting, which usually results in four-character quote phrase, the line which is very close to the length limit is not wrapped correctly.  instead of:

A Person wrote:
AP> i am going to
AP> do this now

the result is:

AP> i am going
to AP> do this now

this was reported in a comment in bug 46492, but i think this is a separate issue than the original report there.
