PROBLEM:
Create a plot in Kst
Edit the plot properties and make the legend visible.
Edit the plot properties again and make the legend transparent.
Edit the plot properties again and set the legend border width to 5.

EXPECTED RESULTS:
A transparent legend surrounded by a border of with 5

RESULTS:
A transparent legend with no border

The same problem can be seen using the Edit Legend dialog.

Should be fixed for 1.2.1 release
