3.5 has this new feature for hiding quotations, and this is really great.
What would be great now is the same feature for signatues and disclaimers.

Many companies include disclaimers at the end of their mails. At the moment I'm looking at one with 16(sixteen!) lines, the text inside that mail is only 1 line.

"--" at the beginning of a line would be a good start to detect signatures, but a list of regexes would be ideal.
The default wether to hide or to show the signature should be configurable.

I guess the implementation should be pretty easy now as it's more or less the same as the existing "hide quotations".

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
Thank you for your understanding.

Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2.
