I recommend you to use an IMAP server to store your messages on. There you can create shared folders easily. The scenario described by you is exactly what IMAP is designed for. There are cases where it would be fine t rebuild the index in KMail, though. But in your case such a solution wouldn't fit. Yes, there is an option in the folder properties |
