OS: Linux

http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=108588, found this bug, which is listed as resolved.

I'm having the same issue with KDE 3.5, xorg 6.8.2 and nvidia drivers 8174. Will attach a screenshot.

this is afaik deco related (svg deco?) does it work with plastik etc?
Comment 3 jason fuchs 2005-12-11 02:45:17 UTC
With composite enabled, I'm getting same results with plastic, light style, motif, phase, platinum, keramik and .net. Haven't found one that doesn't do this...
Comment 4 jason fuchs 2005-12-11 02:52:30 UTC
Selected plastik and restarted X just in case, still have problem. Also tried nv driver instaed of nvidia, same result so it's not the nvidia driver..

Appologies Thomas, re-read your post...I thought you were talkoing about the style. Changed deco to plastik and all is well.

PRoblem exists in smooth-blend.
Comment 6 Thomas Lübking 2005-12-12 18:43:26 UTC
so best make a bugreport to the deco write (especially if it's not part of KDE)
you may refer to my mail address if he needs advice to fix this.

So I mark this bug as invalid and even if it were related to compositing it would be a wontfix as it is the unmaintained KDE 3 compositing.
